Não tem como olhar as fotos e os vídeos do fisiculturista francês Morgan Aste e não ficar impressionado com todo o seu volume muscular. Afinal, o homem é grande, como podemos observar muito bem na imagem acima.
Mas você já parou para imaginar tudo o que ele precisa fazer em termos de dieta e treino para chegas às medidas impressionantes que possui? No artigo de hoje, a gente não somente vai imaginar, como também vamos investigar qual o tipo de alimentação e treinamento seguidos pelo atleta.

Aste, que também é chamado de The Big Rock, algo como A Grande Rocha, em português, é conhecido por possuir aproximadamente 133,8 kg a cerca de 165 kg, distribuídos em pouco mais de aproximadamente 1,90 m. Acredita-se ainda que ele tenha em torno de 62 cm de braço.

A dieta de Morgan Aste

Para sustentar músculos massivos é necessário seguir uma dieta igualmente massiva e isso não é diferente para o fisiculturista francês. Tanto que, de acordo com informações, a dieta off season de Aste é composto por sete refeições.
Essas refeições contam com um equilíbrio entre proteínas, carboidratos e gorduras saudáveis, ao lado de um pedaço de fruta. Segue um possível exemplo de cardápio da dieta do atleta, confere só como ela pode funcionar:
Refeição 1: 5 ovos inteiros, 5 claras de ovos, 2 fatias de pão integral ou aveia e 1 xícara de frutas frescas;
Refeição 2: 200 gramas de carne (frango, bife ou peixe), 200 gramas de carboidratos (arroz ou batata) e pedaço de fruta;
Refeição 3: 450 gramas de carne ou peixe, 300 gramas a 500 gramas de carboidratos, salada verde ou mix de vegetais com azeite de oliva e pedaço de fruta;
Refeição 4: Shake de whey protein (75 gramas);
Refeição 5: Applesauce (purê de maçã), gingerbread (biscoito de gengibre) ou batatas amassadas e suplementação BCAA, ZMA e shake de proteínas;
Refeição 6: 450 gramas de carne ou peixe, 500 gramas a 700 gramas de carboidratos, vegetais e frutas;
Refeição 7: Shake de whey protein e 300 gramas de queijo cottage sem gordura.

O fisiculturista francês segue um protocolo de treinamento denominado “MACS7”, que foi desenvolvido por seu treinador René Même e permite que o atleta mantenha a sua carga de trabalho em um nível modesto.
O pessoal da publicação divulgou um exemplo de como pode funcionar o treinamento de bíceps e o treinamento de tríceps de Aste. Dá só uma conferida:
Treinamento de bíceps:
Pushdown no cabo com barra EZ – 4 séries com 12 repetições;
Pushdown de um braço com pegada reversa: 4 séries com 8 repetições;
Supino de pegada fechada na máquina Smith: 5 séries com 12, 10, 8, 6 e 6 repetições – a carga empregada aumenta conforme a quantidade de repetições diminui.
Treinamento de tríceps:
Rosca com barra na posição em pé e ereta (standing straight-bar curl) – 4 séries com 10, 10, 8 e 8 repetições – a carga empregada é elevada conforme a quantidade de repetições é reduzida;
Rosca inclinada com halteres – 2 séries com 12 repetições;
Rosca martelo inclinada com halteres – 2 séries com 12 repetições;
Rosca alternada com halteres – 2 séries com 12 repetições;
Rosca preacher na máquina – 2 séries com 8 repetições;
Rosca de dois braços com halteres na posição em pé – 3 séries com 12 repetições.
Além de competir no bodybuilding, o fisiculturista francês também disputa as competições de strongman, o que requer um treinamento diferente em relação ao fisiculturismo.
O treinamento de Aste para os campeonatos de strongman pode envolver exercícios como:
Atlas Stone Carry – que envolve segurar uma pedra de aproximadamente 150 kg ao longo de 600 metros e a realização de exercícios como agachamento thrust e flexões de braço com liberação das mãos toda vez que colocar a pedra para descansar. Com informações do site Hybrid Athletics;
Farmer’s Carry – que envolve carregar pesos de aproximadamente 360 kg ao longo de vários metros;
Tyre Flip – que envolve virar aproximadamente 399,6 kg de pneu 10 vezes.

Competindo no bodybuilding, o fisiculturista francês já saiu como o primeiro colocado em competições como a Arnold Classic Amateur 2019 (foto acima) e a French Championships da International Federation of Bodybuilding and Fitness (Federação Internacional de Fisiculturismo e Fitness, tradução livre, IFBB, sigla em inglês) de 2014.
Aste também compete pelo strongman e já foi coroado com o primeiro lugar na Strongman Competition de 2013, sendo coroado o strongest man (homem mais forte) da França, np Grand Prix du Forez, Grand Prix de Provence e Grand Prix des Pyrenees de 2013 e no Strongman da França em 2010.
